very friendly staff and a good location. only 1 mile from ubud palace. if you want to eat nearby, try taco casa, which is situated 400 ft away. penestanan is a district that deserves exploring.

We had a great stay in a central location, surrounded by many diverse and delicious restaurants. Being close to the lively center of the town allowed us to experience the Balinese culture to its fullest. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring a hassle-free stay.

We loved the central location, close to many restaurants, the Monkey Forest, and Ubud market. The hotel staff provided great transportation service and helpful tour tips. Cleanliness was impressive, with lovely linen, clean rooms, and big bathrooms. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, offering us a late checkout.

The hotel is located near plenty of great restaurants and it's within walking distance to most tourist spots in the city. the staff was very welcoming and helpful during our stay. the included breakfast was a great start to our day and the spacious rooms were a plus.

The wifi signal in the rooms was weak and unreliable. we had some issues with plumbing in the shower which was a bit of an inconvenience.

My new year experience at this hotel was great! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and well-equipped with a mini-fridge and air conditioning. The location was perfect for exploring the area, with shops and restaurants nearby and a short walk to a popular attraction. Additionally, the breakfast was delicious.

I did notice some minor issues during my stay. The towels could have been cleaner and some areas of the room had not been thoroughly cleaned. Nonetheless, these small issues did not ruin my overall enjoyable experience at this hotel.
